Description

The STATUS Minivac provides you with the preservation of meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, cheese, pasta, dried fruit, spices, bakery products and many other foods in a vacuum.

Its small size allows you to have it permanently on your kitchen counter, accessible to use every day!

High moisture foods do not dry out, crunchy foods do not soak, dry foods do not harden – as they are protected from air and oxygen affecting them.

SIMPLE & EASY OPERATION

The operation of STATUS devices is extremely simple and easy. Their operation is automatic, stopping the air removal process when the creation of an air vacuum is complete.

AUTOMATIC MODE (for dry food, e.g. dry meat, nuts, vegetables)

  • Place the items to be vacuum packed in the bag.
  • Make sure the inner surfaces (for the sealing edge) are clean, dry and free of food particles.
  • Place the filled bag on the work surface in front of the appliance and pull it into the appliance channel. Make sure the bag attached to the sealing strip is not wrinkled.
  • Close the device and activate the "VAC" sealing button.
  • Press the cap & hold it for a few seconds. The bag will be vacuum packed and automatically sealed. Due to the high vacuum pressure, the lid remains closed during machine operation. If the cap opens during this process, press the cap firmly & firmly.
  • When the sealing process is complete, wait for it to open automatically or unlock it with the unlock button and remove the bag. Check the seal - it should be smooth across its width.
  • Manual operation is also possible for special cases such as the packaging of sensitive or liquid foods.

MANUAL MODE (for delicate foods e.g. fresh fruit, salads, mushrooms, bread, confectionery)

  • Place the items to be vacuum packed in the bag. The bag must be at least 5 cm larger than the area containing the food.
  • Make sure internal surfaces are clean, dry and free of food particles.

  • Place the filled bag on the work surface in front of the device and place it in the middle of the vacuum channel. Make sure the bag placed on the sealing strip is not wrinkled.

  • Close the lid and press it with both hands on the "PRESS AND HOLD" marks. Activate the "VAC" sealing button and hold the lid down for a few seconds.

  • When you are satisfied with the amount of air that has been removed or when the liquid starts pouring towards the device, press the "STOP" button. Immediately after that press the "SEAL" button to seal the bag. During sealing the "SEAL" indicator lights up.

  • Wait until the lid lifts slightly and check the seal, it should be even.

By extending the life of food, costs of shopping and eating out are reduced, while additional profit is ensured from cheaper, larger packages. STATUS bags are made of taste and smell neutral material, and are reusable and dishwasher safe.

Durable, food safe, neutral to taste and smell, reusable vacuum bags for preservation in a vacuum.

Made of polyamide (PA) to enhance durability and polyethylene (PE) for better sealing quality.
