Triangle Channel Knife for Right Handed

The channel knife is a classic barkeepers tool. The blade cuts deep into the skin of (citrus) fruit and vegetables creating ribbons and notches. The fixed penetration depth makes it very easy to use. The blade is carefully sharpened. This right-handed version is only suitable for right-handed use. Dishwasher safe. Made in Solingen /Germany.
