The garlands are created from the spiral, while the spaghetti from the julienne of Triangle®. They work like a pencil sharpener. A silicone guide guides carrots, cucumbers or zucchini to the center of the base for a perfect fit of the vegetable on the knife. You can then bake, fry, use the raw or boiled effect to garnish your dish. The Triangle cut spiral cutter creates precision 1.5 mm garlands.
