In order to maintain this protection we recommend that you occasionally follow the following procedure:

1. Lightly grease the surface with cooking oil, if it is dry. Always use a cotton cloth.
2. Then let the wood absorb the oil and dry for at least 12 hours.
3. Do not wash it in the dishwasher.
