What is sous vide?
Sous vide, is a French cooking technique, which translates to "under-vacuum". In this technique, the raw material is placed in special bags from which the air is removed and then cooked in water under a controlled & precise temperature. With sous vide, instead of basing the result on the accuracy of the cooking time, you base it on the accuracy of the cooking temperature. Also, all the nutrients are locked into your food!

Satisfy the taste preferences of each member of your family or your guests by cooking everyone's meal in a different bag. For example, different salted meat for each person or different combinations of spices for each member of your family. Also, it is very practical for people with allergies since each preparation does not come into contact with the others during cooking
- Use a pot of 6 to 16 liters. and firmly apply the Status Sous Vide device to its side
- Plug it in and the "power" icon will turn on. The device is in standby mode. Press the "power" icon to enter the setting mode.
- Drag the scroll wheel to adjust the temperature.
- Tap the "settings" icon to set the time. First drag the roller to set hours, then tap the "settings" icon again to set the minutes.

Press the "power" icon to confirm the settings and the machine will start heating the water. (If you want to change the settings, press and hold the "settings" icon for three seconds and repeat the above steps.)

Place the food bags in the water and wait for the beep and the "END" icon to let you know the cooking process is over.

Remove the food from the bags and serve according to your taste preferences!
Maintenance
Use dish soap, a soft brush and water to clean the heating coil, pump shaft and sensors. Do not wash the upper part of the device and the body in water. The stainless steel housing and pump cover can be cleaned with regular liquid dish soap or in the dishwasher.
